Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join our team, lead our people function, and help us build and manage a world-class team as we clear the Earth of skin diseases.

Honeydew's Head of People will work closely with David, our CEO, and other functional leaders.

Currently, we're looking for someone to start fractionally and ultimately transition to a full-time role within 6 months or less.

What you'll work on :

  • Building our HR and People operations function from the ground up
  • Overseeing state-by-state employment compliance
  • Owning compensation, benefits, and policy at Honeydew
  • Creating a world-class recruiting process and pipeline
  • Running performance and manager development
  • Supporting leadership with org structure strategy
  • Ensuring our people are well supported as we scale

Who you are :

  • 3+ years of experience leading a people function
  • High EQ and comfortable guiding everyone from entry-level employees to senior leaders
  • Practical and focused on what matters, vs creating unnecessary admin work
  • Can flex between rolling up your sleeves and running payroll or writing a policy to providing strategic guidance on org structure
  • Hungry to be a part of building a generational company
  • Someone who enjoys working at a fast-paced startup
