Job Description :

We're looking for a proactive, people-focused HR Generalist to support our Northwest and West region , with Salt Lake City as your home base. In this role, you'll partner closely with leaders and employees across multiple distribution locations-strengthening culture, supporting development, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience.

What You'll Do

Employee Relations

• Serve as a trusted resource to leaders and employees on HR policies, benefits, and workplace practices.
• Conduct and support investigations, analyze trends, and proactively recommend solutions.
• Foster a positive regional workplace culture through stay interviews, surveys, and employee engagement activities.
• Resolve employee concerns with fairness and consistency.
