Chef / Director needed for School Food Service

Chef / Director needed for School food service program in the Lyndhurst, NJ area. Monday through Friday, full time, 5 paid PTO days.  No weekends or holidays. Summers off!

Must have knowledge and skills in cooking, computer / POS systems, Microsoft, and Google prducts.  Must possess Management skills.

K - 12 cooking experience is required.

Duties to include :

• Oversee kitchen operation on a daily basis.
• Ensure all safety and food handling guidlines are enforced.
• Create menus to follow with the NSLP
• Oversee stafing needs
• Report to area supervisor on a daily basis
