Hours : Part-time (21 hours per week)

Work Days : Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Day-time Shifts : 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM

Job Site Locations : 90 Columbia Street Brooklyn NY 11201

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Grass has to be cut if and when necessary
• Clean bathrooms and locker room
• Sweeping, mopping, wipe down counters, refill toilet paper and paper towels, soap and hand sanitizer
• Wipe down kitchen sink and faucet
• Wipe down counters and all tables in kitchens
• Empty all trash cans in restrooms, offices and kitchens
• Replace can liners
• Pick up trash around the area
• Sweep all garages
• Clean Microwave
• Deep cleaning the fridge
• Refill snacks and water dispensers in fridge
• Wipe down inside and outside of trash cans
• Clean eye wash stations
• Mandatory snow removal and possible overtime
