Job Description

Project Manager - Boston - Complex Projects up to $50M - Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects up to $50M, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and project alignment.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
  • Utilize project management tools and software to streamline operations and track progress.

The Successful Applicant

Project Manager - Boston - Complex Projects up to $50M will have :

  • Experience in managing construction projects up to $50M (multifamily, retail and commercial projects).
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
