Position Overview :

The Collateral DE Underwriter is responsible for the assessment of all subject collateral originated through the retail platform for conventional loans.

Job Responsibilities :

• Analyze, evaluate, and decision appraisal reports in accordance with all agency and investor guidelines and standards.
• Complete comprehensive collateral reviews in a timely manner to meet service level expectations.
• Maintain a pipeline and communicate issues to Appraisers, Processor, and Originators.
• Remain informed and current on all agency and investor guidelines and updates.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate with the Post Closing Department on any stipulations for closed files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range : Hourly Rate : $38.00 - $43.26

The posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
