We are seeking a motivated and experiencedPersonal Injury Litigation Attorneyto join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage a caseload through all phases of litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and high-performing team dedicated to delivering justice for injured clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies
- Maintain client relationships and provide regular case updates
- Manage case files and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to ensure efficient case progression
