Role Summary :
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and managing unit operations. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team to support superior patient outcomes and service, guiding staff through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Your Responsibilities Include :
Collaborating with healthcare teams to provide and evaluate personalized care.Facilitating admissions and discharges smoothly and efficiently.Partnering with management to enhance outcomes and meet service excellence standards.Providing coaching and support to improve team engagement and performance.Assisting with staff scheduling and administrative tasks.Qualifications :
