Recruiter – 6-Month Contract (Potential to Convert)

A construction company is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple business units. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and partners closely with hiring leaders.

Role Overview

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a strong candidate experience. You'll join a collaborative TA team that values professionalism, curiosity, accountability, and high performance.

Location & Compensation

  • Hybrid : 4 days onsite in Boston, Fridays remote
  • (Some flexibility during contract; onsite required if converted)
  • Pay : $55–$65 / hr
  • Conversion : $115,000–$140,000
  • Background check required (can start pending)

Responsibilities

  • Full-lifecycle recruiting for multiple functions
  • Partner with hiring leaders to define needs and build sourcing strategies
  • Build / maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Identify and engage top candidates
  • Deliver excellent candidate experience
  • Provide market insights and weekly recruiting updates
  • Maintain accurate ATS documentation (iCIMS preferred)

    • Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience with high-volume requisitions
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with urgency and adapt quickly
  • ATS experience required; bachelor's preferred
