This role is a strategic with exceptional UI craft, guiding teams to deliver intuitive, visually compelling solutions that meet user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the creative vision and execution of UI across multiple digital products and platforms. Drive user-centered design strategies, from conceptualization to polished visual design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business objectives and technical feasibility. Present and articulate design rationale to clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence. What We’re Looking For 7+ years in UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end visual design and visual excellence. Proven experience leading teams and influencing creative direction. Expertise in Figma, design systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG). Strong understanding of responsive web, native apps, and familiarity with front-end technologies. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. Nice-to-Haves : Agency or consultancy experience, eCommerce background, and interest in AI-driven design.The hourly pay range for this position is $54.33 - $87.91. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
