Job Description

As an Machine Tool Electrician, you will be responsible for building and repairing large industrial equipment. This role requires a machine tool electrician with experience in working with voltages ranging from low up to 480v.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical issues to determine problems.
• Rewire and wire machines based on schematics.
• Read schematics proficiently to build panels, wire junction boxes, and run conduit.
• Read schematics and bill of parts to wire electrical parts of the machine.
• Wire junction boxes and run conduit.

Work Environment

The work environment is on a shop floor with a strong team-oriented culture. The role operates on the 1st shift from 6am-2 : 30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Team members are expected to have excellent attendance and a willingness to learn.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ann Arbor, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00 / hr.
