Machining Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced Machining Supervisor to oversee 2nd shift operations in our machine shop. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising daily shop activities, managing workflow, and ensuring production efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing, CNC programming knowledge, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
