Our client is searching for a highly driven Accounts Receivable Specialist at its El Cajon, CA location. The company is a government contracting firm focused on responding to solicitations for life-saving technology to government agencies and Fortune 500 companies. They provide laboratory, facilities maintenance, safety and security, and office supplies to many of the government agencies within the State of California. The Accounts Receivable Specialist role executes duties as directed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, techniques, and practices.  Their customers are primarily State and Federal Government Agencies. They always pay their invoices, sometimes their customers require a documented proof of delivery before invoice payment can be approved. This is where you come in.  They need someone to start as soon as possible to help provide their customers with the information that they need to approve payment on past due invoices. This is a fun and satisfying opportunity for the right candidate!
