Chief Accounting Officer Manufacturing Remote

The client is seeking a Chief Accounting Officer for their expanding manufacturing company, based in the United States. This newly created role will lead the global accounting function and work closely with the CFO and other key stakeholders to ensure strategic financial goals are met. Responsibilities include implementing global accounting, control, and tax strategies, overseeing financial reporting and close processes, and driving continuous process improvements in accounting operations.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA and an MBA in Finance or equivalent advanced degree. They should have 15-20 years of progressive financial leadership experience in the manufacturing industry, with tenure in public accounting preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with executive teams, boards, regulators, and auditors are essential. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish language skills considered a plus.
