Security Officer

The Security Officer will participate in maintaining a safe and secure environment. Primary duties include answering main phone lines and directing calls to appropriate departments, monitoring radio traffic and surveillance equipment, implementing emergency policies and programs, and regulating pedestrian and truck traffic. The role also involves conducting regular inspection rounds, handling express mail, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Team members must possess good communication and computer skills to process pick ups and deliveries, monitor access, assist with emergencies, and complete necessary documentation. The position is a full-time opening on the 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM) with a pay starting at $16 / hour, including a shift differential. Education / experience requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, along with one year of security-related experience or training.
