Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed investigations into employee relations concerns, ensuring adherence to regulations and policies
Provide clear communication regarding investigations and documentation of findings
Support the development of workplace culture and coach managers on performance improvement plans
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in employee relations or equivalent education and experience
Bachelor's degree in human resource management or a related field is preferred
Experience in conducting investigations on complex employee relations issues
Knowledge of employment and labor laws
Ability to work with minimal guidance and seek assistance when necessary
