Director of Treasury

Salary Range : $92.38 - $129.33

The primary responsibility of this position is to help drive cash, investment and debt management decisions, manage banking relationships, ensure liquidity across the health system business units and provide financial and analytical support including reporting on financial and non-financial metrics. The Director of Treasury (DOT) will develop cash forecasting models, perform variance analysis, create efficiencies in bank account structures, monitor bank fees and transaction costs, assist in Treasury control procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a strong control environment. The DOT will direct all aspects of the Treasury operational and strategic activities, including long and short term financial planning, capital planning, insurance management, and evaluation of new programs and services.

As an important member of the Finance division, this role will work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis and General Accounting teams and will be responsible for projects and assignments in these area as well.

In addition to performing the essential functions listed below, this position may also be requested to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Must hold a bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA, CPA, OR CTA is preferred.
• At least five years recent experience in corporate Healthcare Industry Treasury, Finance and / or Accounting in required.
• Demonstrated high level expertise with MS Word and MS Excel is required.
• Experience with Treasury tools such as banking portals and TMS or General Ledger accounting systems and financial reporting software is required. Experience with McKesson and Workday applications is preferred.
