Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data analytics. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing analyzing and implementing data-driven solutions using GCP services with a focus on data modeling quality and transformation. This role requires a strong mix of analytical technical and communication skills to bridge business requirements with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical data solutions.

Design and implement data transformation workflows and data models within GCP environments.

Develop complex SQL scripts for data extraction manipulation and validation.

Work with BigQuery and Dataform to build scalable and optimized data pipelines.

Define and implement data quality rules and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Perform data analysis validation and testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers analysts and business stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for data assets processes and models.

Required Skills & Experience :

8-12 years of experience in data analysis business analysis or data engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services including BigQuery (Dataform experience preferred).

Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex transformations and performance tuning.

Moderate to advanced data modeling experience ideally using Medallion architecture principles.

Experience implementing data quality frameworks and validation processes.

Working knowledge of Python Google Cloud Composer or Google Cloud Dataflow .

Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills (both written and verbal).
