The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President & Director to lead its applied research institute. The successful candidate will be at the helm of a globally respected enterprise, providing strategic, technical, and administrative leadership. The Director will also be responsible for fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, overseeing research strategy, operations, talent development, fiscal management, and compliance. As a thought leader in national and global science and technology discussions, the role demands a leader with a proven track record in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens with the ability to obtain a TS / SCI security clearance and hold an advanced degree in engineering, science, or a related field, with a strong preference for a doctoral degree. The ideal candidate will have executive-level experience and a deep familiarity with national security, federal research funding, and complex systems engineering. Key qualifications include a strong background in leading a large, multi-disciplinary research organization and a demonstrated ability to engage with senior leaders in government and industry.
