Salary : $115000 - $130000.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join Concord as a full-time consultant supporting our retail vertical on large-scale web and eCommerce (SFCC) initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Agile delivery and digital commerce with a solid understanding of web application development lifecycles and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) environments. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to enable high-performing Agile practices ensuring timely high-quality delivery of customer-facing digital solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering web and SFCC-based eCommerce solutions within a retail environment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and demos.
• Partner with Product Owners to define priorities groom backlogs and maintain delivery focus.
• Remove impediments manage risks and promote transparency across all project stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles driving continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate with architects developers and QA to ensure deliverables meet both functional and technical standards.
• Track team performance metrics (velocity burndown) and communicate progress to leadership and client stakeholders.
