Job Description :

Pay Range : $54hr - $59hr

  • We are seeking an experienced Payments Business Analyst to provide consulting and system analysis expertise for payments platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of global payment systems, message processing standards, and business analysis practices within the financial services domain.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide payments consulting and perform detailed business and systems analysis.
  • Translate customer needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Prepare Gap Analysis and understand functional gaps based on business requirements.
  • Develop Impact Analysis, Clear Choice documentation, BRD, Functional Specifications, Solution Design, Interface Design, Use Cases, User Stories, and Requirements Mapping and Traceability Matrix.
  • Support product configuration and setup.
  • Provide clear and unambiguous specifications to enable development teams to produce quality software that meets defined product requirements.
  • Schedule and participate in workshops to review solution approach and design; secure stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Provide clarifications, training, and support to development teams during the construction phase.
  • Prepare test scenarios and test cases; support test execution in an automated agile environment.
  • Provide pre- and post-production deployment support.

    • Skills Required :

    Experience working with at least one of the following payments. products :

    EdgeVerve – Client Finacle Payments.

  • FIS – Clear2Pay OPF (Open Payments Framework).
  • Client – Dovetail Payments Platform.
  • Finastra – GPP SP.
  • Volente – VolPay.
  • Intellect – Liquidity.
  • Tieto – VAM (Virtual Account Management).
  • Or any other similar payments product.
  • Proficiency in SWIFT and ISO 20022 message processing.
  • Strong understanding of Clearing & Settlement Systems (e.g., RTGS, ACH, RTP, CHAPS, FEDWIRE, CHIPS, SEPA, Step2, Target2, Faster Payments, G3, IMPS, UAEFT, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of SEPA processes (Direct Debits, Credit Transfers, Mandate Management).
