We're looking for a detail-driven, reliable, and upbeat Office Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly. If you love staying organized, supporting a busy team, and helping customers, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Office and Operations team with scheduling, calls, and daily organization
  • Manage customer info and job details in ServiceTitan (training provided)
  • Assist with customer follow-ups, emails, and workflow coordination
  • Keep office files organized and up to date
  • Help maintain a positive, professional, and fun office vibe

What You Bring

  • Prior office / admin or customer service experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Confidence with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Service Titan experience is a big plus, or similar
