• Patient Education : Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care techniques to promote independence and improve health outcomes.
• Clinical Interventions : Provide direct patient care, including wound care, medication administration, injections, and IV therapy.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
• Compliance : Adhere to all relevant regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare regulations.
