Full-Time | 35 Hours / Week | Consistent Schedule $45,000 – $65,000 (Based on Experience) + Monthly / Quarterly Bonuses + Commission PTO | Supportive Culture | Growth Opportunities

We’re looking for a Head Coach to lead our coaching team, elevate member results, and help drive the next evolution of our brand.
About the Role
As our Head Coach, you’re more than a coach—you’re the heartbeat of our studio’s fitness experience. You’ll lead from the front, combining elite coaching skills with leadership, accountability, and strategy. From onboarding new members to mentoring staff, you’ll set the standard for excellence in every session.
What You’ll Do
Training & Member Management
Lead high-energy, personalized, and results-driven group sessions.
Conduct Biofeedback metrics to create custom, data-driven programs.
Guide member onboarding and progress check-ins.
Align training with each member’s goals using the BASECK Method.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop coaching staff through 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and team trainings.
Monitor KPIs to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and development of new coaches.
Sales & Member Conversion
Support the Experience Manager in executing the studio’s sales process.
Own the Paid Trial process—from onboarding to conversion.
Lead new product and service campaigns that drive revenue and member engagement.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with leads and prospects to build relationships and convert opportunities.
Content, Admin & Virtual Oversight
Record educational content for members and staff.
Oversee virtual training systems and ensure smooth operations.
Manage the Accountability Portal and related automations.
Reporting & Strategy
Track and analyze key metrics including member activity, sales, and retention.
Use data to refine training systems and improve performance outcomes.
Operations & Support
Act as second-in-command to the Studio Experience Manager.
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily studio operations.
Step in as needed to ensure a world‑class member experience at every touchpoint.
What We’re Looking For
Background in fitness instruction, program design, and group coaching.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Active fitness certification(s) required; nutrition or virtual training certifications are a plus.
Strong communicator who thrives on accountability and results.
Sales and member conversion experience preferred.
Proficiency in fitness software, social media, and virtual platforms.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred.
First Aid & CPR certification preferred.

Compensation & Perks
Salary : $45,000–$65,000 (based on experience)
Commission : Earn additional commission on memberships, supplements, and apparel sales
Bonuses : Monthly & quarterly performance incentives
Schedule : 35 hours / week, consistent shifts — needs to remain flexible
