The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and development of the team, ensuring technical excellence, and a customer-first culture. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise and commercial acumen to deliver customer-focused, competitive, and innovative filtration solutions. The VP of Technology will also be involved in managing applications engineering activities worldwide, guiding new product development, and representing the company as a thought leader in the industry.

Applicants for the Vice President of Technology position at the company should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, with at least 12 years of experience in applications engineering, technical sales, or process design, particularly in the oil & gas, refining, or filtration industries. The role demands a proven track record in supporting and closing large capital projects and aftermarket solutions, as well as strong expertise in filtration, separation, and process system design, with ASME code knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer-facing, public speaking, and negotiation skills, and a history of technical thought leadership and market positioning. A key aspect of the role is the ability to foster strong relationships with customers and position the company as a trusted technical advisor. The VP of Technology will also be expected to travel extensively and to be involved in innovation and new product development, including driving aftermarket application engineering efforts.
