To help us continue growing, we are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team. You will play a critical role in driving the financial success of the company and ensuring its long-term sustainability.

As the CFO, you will utilize your strong financial acumen and leadership skills to drive the financial success of the company. You will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth and sustainability. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be critical in managing relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, and financial institutions. Additionally, your knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and tax laws, will ensure compliance and mitigate financial risk. Finally, your experience in financial management and leadership will enable you to provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and support decision-making.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the financial health of the company
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within multiple companies
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and tax laws
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team to support decision-making and drive growth
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions
