The Associate / VP will play a key role in deal execution, financial analysis, client communications, and strategic advisory efforts. The position provides significant career development potential and direct exposure to high-profile clients and landmark deals.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of investment banking experience , preferably in M&A, technology coverage, or capital markets.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, LBO analysis, and deal structuring .
• Experience preparing pitch books, CIMs, board materials, and management presentations .
• Solid foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and market trends .
• Exceptional communication skills , both written and verbal, with a strong executive presence.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• A high level of professionalism, attention to detail , and strong work ethic.
