Machine Set-Up Technician

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Process Engineering Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating maintaining and optimizing automated wire processing machines. The ideal candidate will support process development ensure production quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

• This position will start off in our Greensboro facility but will move to our new Burlington facility in the next few months. Position will train on first shift and then move to second shift. Hours will likely be Monday-Friday 1pm-10pm.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate automated wire processing machines for wire cutting stripping crimping and bundling

Requirements

Required Qualifications :

Associate degree or technical certification in manufacturing electronics or mechanical engineering preferred

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience with wire processing equipment and job file management
