About the Job

As a Studio Manager , you’ll work with Ownership to oversee all aspects of a SweatHouz studio’s performance.

This includes driving revenue, managing sales, ensuring operational excellence, elevating customer experience, and making a positive community impact.

The ideal candidate is a sales-driven leader with strong customer service and team management skills.

You thrive in a high-energy, high-demand role where you can coach and inspire a team, hit ambitious goals, and help grow the SweatHouz brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Player / Coach Mentality : Lead by example in implementing the SweatHouz sales model.

Welcome prospective clients, provide a premium experience, and convert them into members.

Schedule shifts and maintain full staffing at all times.
