• 12 hour shift

Requirements :

Must have valid Oklahoma LPN license in good standing.

License / Certification :

• LVN (Preferred)
• LPN (Preferred)

Education :

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience :

• Medication Administration : 1 year (Preferred)
• Nursing : 1 year (Preferred)
