As a Surgery Scheduler, you will ensure all proper documentation is completed for patients registering for procedures. In this role, you will be part of a supportive caregiver family united in shared values and purpose to provide the best healthcare experience possible. This position is an excellent steppingstone to other careers within Customer Service and different departments at Cleveland Clinic. A caregiver in this position works 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm. A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Deliver imaging materials to other departments and nursing units as requested.
• Conduct data entry and retrieval of information from the appropriate information systems.
• Maintain adequate supplies in the work area with items necessary to perform the daily schedule and advise a supervisor of any items needed.
• Submit ideas for department quality or performance improvement.
• Provide customer service by answering and routing telephone calls.
• Orient new personnel and assist in their transition to the work environment as assigned.
• Aid other associates in the department upon completion of responsible duties or as assigned by a supervisor.
• Attend and participate in monthly department meetings.
