BLS, RRT Required.

Description :

Patient Diagnoses : CHF, COPD, PNEUMONIA, RESPIRATORY FAILURE, RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS

Special Procedures / Unit Details : ABG SAMPLING, VENTILATOR MGMT, PATIENT ASSESSMENT, PULMONARY HYGIENE

Special Equipment : HAMILON VENT, SERVO-U VENT, NKV330 (NIV DEVICE), AIRVO2, DREAM MACHINES, V30'S

Certifications : BLS Required, RRT Required

Work Settings : Adult Critical Care Required, Emergency Department Required

Airway Management Devices / Suctioning : Endrotracheal tube / suctioning, Extubation, Intubation Assist, Nasal airway placement, Nasal airway suctioning, Oral airway placement, Oropharyngeal / suctioning, Sputum specimen collection, Tracheostomy / suctioning

Nebulizer : Hand held, T-piece, Trach collar

Oxygen therapy : Bag and mask, ET Tube, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), T-piece, Trach collar

Ventilator Management : BiPAP, CPAP, Troubleshooting high pressure alarms, Weaning from mechanical ventilation

Call Required : Nights if possible - 1 every other week

Weekend : Every other

Patient Ratio Experience Required : 1 : 20

Scrubs : Any shade of Gray or Gray / black combination

No Local within 50 miles
