• Projects located throughout Metrowest area, Southern MA, occasionally Boston
• Around 30 people in total on the team
• New Construction custom homes between $10M - $20M
• High profile, ornate custom homes in the local region

Job Description

Assist in managing residential construction projects up to $20M from start to finish.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project deadlines are met.

Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to plans.

Oversee on-site activities and address any issues that arise promptly.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Support the project team in achieving quality and safety standards.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.

Assist in pre-construction planning and procurement processes.
