Description

PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Developer is responsible for leading and participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. This role involves designing scalable and efficient software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of best practices in software design, coding, and testing.
  • Significant experience in software development, with a focus on designing and building scalable systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to the organization's tech stack.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor development teams.
  • Lead the design and architecture of software applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalability requirements.
  • Experience in developing computer software code.
  • Experience in a variety of software programming languages.
  • Experience in designing, testing, debugging and documenting software.

Requirements

  • Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code for complex software systems.
  • Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding junior developers and contributing to technical decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and quality assurance, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions to address them.
  • Oversee and contribute to testing processes, ensuring the reliability and performance of software applications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and system architecture diagrams.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects.

    • Preferred Qualifications

    CISSP, CEH, CSM, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert. AWS platforms, Java Developer
