    • Job Duties :

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for Clinical and Manager positions.
  • Source candidates through various platforms including Nursing student platforms.
  • Participate in weekly recruitment calls.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs.
  • Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system.
  • Update weekly vacancy reports.
  • May attend annual nursing conferences.
  • Participate with the development of new recruiting strategies.

    • Requirements :

  • 1 + year recruiting experience with a healthcare agency, search firm, or in-house recruiting team

    • Responsibilities

    The Talent Recruitment Partner sources candidates through various recruiting platforms to identify and screen candidates to present to hospital hiring Directors and Managers. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
