Responsibilities
- Media Execution Orchestration : Drive operational execution of all paid partnership campaigns, encompassing end-to‑end asset coordination, trafficking, and technical delivery across media channels, including the implementation and performance tracking of paid search, ads, and owned assets
- Asset & Partner Management : Serve as the crucial bridge between internal teams (Creative, Content Creator Specialists, Campaign Owners) and external partners / publishers, expertly coordinating assets, approvals, and trafficking to ensure flawless, on‑time campaign launches; This includes managing the coordination of owned partnership placements, overseeing various content formats and ad ops
- Agency Management : Act as the day‑to‑day manager for a third‑party agency supporting email and search campaigns deployment and technical execution in Eloqua, holding them accountable to brand standards, timelines, and goals
- Performance Tracking & Insights : Own the performance reporting foundation across paid partnership channels; Leverage analytics platforms (like Eloqua and Adobe Analytics) to track ROI, measure results, and surface initial insights that guide optimization
- Compliance : Ensure all digital communications adhere to GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, and privacy regulations
Requirements
Experience : Approximately 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, media coordination, or campaign management; Recent experience within an advertising agency or a similar media execution environment is highly desiredMedia Execution Exposure : Direct experience supporting the tactical execution and management of paid media, advertising, or partnership campaigns is a significant plusTechnical Skills : Exposure to or hands‑on experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is requiredSoft Skills & Attitude : A positive attitude, excellent collaboration skills, and a proven ability to work well with diverse cross‑functional teams and external partnersCollaboration & Project Management : Exceptional organization, collaboration, and project management skills are a must to manage multiple partner deliverables and internal deadlines under pressureCommunication : Strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills to align cross‑functional teams and external partners toward a shared goalAnalytical Mindset : Comfort in organizing performance metrics and ensuring accurate trackingBenefits

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
