Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

The Accounts Payable Coordinator supports the accounts payable function of NBCUniversal's Media Group and UTVE Marketing finance team. This role works closely with the Marketing Finance + Operating teams to handle the day-to-day accounts payable operations which : accounts payable, vendor management, purchase card reconciliation, and related analysis and process simplification.

• Responsible for processing all marketing + communications invoices (track, code, submit into appropriate systems for approval)
• Ensure all invoices are coded to the correct GL accounts and cost objects
• Troubleshoot any invoice processing, system errors or payment issues
• Ownership of the vendor management process (vendor registration, routine vendor updates including bank account and key contact changes, and invoice tracking)
• Answer vendor inquiries and interact with vendors regarding issues relating to invoices
• Proactively work with management to achieve department goals
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned on an ad-hoc basis

Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
