Job Summary :
The Senior Field Service Representative supports customers across the full lifecycle of electrical power systems, from commissioning to maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency support. This hands-on role involves field work , digital diagnostics , and technical leadership . The ideal candidate thrives in high-demand environments and is deeply familiar with low, medium, and high-voltage systems. Key Responsibilities :
- Provide startup, commissioning, maintenance, and emergency support for electrical systems
- Generate accurate service reports detailing work performed, product performance, and warranty status
- Offer expert recommendations for electrical system improvements
- Use digital tools such as iPads, laptops, IR cameras, and MS Teams for remote diagnostics
- Ensure full compliance with internal and customer safety programs
- Submit to periodic background checks and drug testing as required by clients
- Interpret and apply electrical schematics and drawings
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to lbs
- Collaborate with teams to meet project timelines
- Apply NFPA E and OSHA LOTO best practices
- Recognize and mitigate Arc-Flash and Shock Protection risks
Required Experience :
Understanding of -phase electrical systems and power distributionHands-on experience with low, medium, and high-voltage equipmentFamiliarity with OSHA and NFPA E standardsStrong mechanical aptitude and tool proficiencyExcellent problem-solving and teamwork skillsNice-to-Have Experience :
