You will manage space planning, construction, preventative and emergency maintenance, capital budgeting, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards. This position requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and coordination with government agencies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage facilities team and external contractors
• Oversee space allocation, construction projects, and infrastructure planning
• Manage HVAC, lighting, and other critical systems
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and building regulations
• Maintain facilities work order and maintenance management systems
• Collaborate with external government agencies
• Support long-term strategic planning for facility upgrades and expansions

Qualifications :

Active TS / SCI clearance is mandatory

Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with 7+ years, or No degree with 13+ years of direct experience

4+ years of experience managing on-site facilities teams and service providers

Strong leadership and project management capabilities

Knowledge of construction, preventative maintenance, and building codes

Familiarity with facilities maintenance management software preferred
