Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Support the execution of awards and recognition programs across the enterprise
• Maintain tracking systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
• Assist with communications and documentation with excellent written and verbal skills
• Provide support for marketing initiatives, including visual asset creation and event coordination
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct research and provide thoughtful solutions to program challenges
• Assist with data analysis and validation across brands
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Maintain positive team dynamics and contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Perform any additional duties as assigned
