Associate Dentist - Signing Bonus & Great Compensation

About Us : Join our dedicated team at Mynt Dental in the picturesque Mount Pleasant, WI. Our state-of-the-art facility, conveniently located within an hour of downtown Chicago and 35 minutes from Milwaukee, boasts a modern ambiance and cutting-edge dental technology.

Position Highlights :

Caseload : Average of 14-15 patients in an 8-hour day (excluding lunch hour).

Cutting-edge Equipment : We pride ourselves on having a digital practice, featuring an iTero Digital Scanner, Cone Beam CT Scan, Digital X-rays, and more.

Compensation & Benefits : based on years of clinical experience in United States :

• 2 or more years : Signing Bonus of $30000 + 35% of Prod + Min Guarantee $1000 / day
• 1 - 2 years : Signing Bonus $20000 + 33% of Prod + Min Guarantee $900 / day
• less than 1 year : Signing Bonus $15000 + 30% of Prod + Min Guarantee $900 / day
• Note : Our providers routinely surpass this guaranteed amount. Reimbursement for out-of-state licensing fees (e.g., IL licensees).
