Customer Service

Our client is a logistics company that deeply values its employees. Their core values built their culture framework around teamwork, integrity, accountability, and customer service. They are currently seeking motivated Customer Service employees!

What you will receive :

  • $15-$20 / hour (Depending on shift and experience)

What you will be doing :

  • Managing data entry projects to correctly itemize customer needs and projects
  • Providing detailed information to all customers timely via phone calls and emails
  • Working with inventory control platforms
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with warehouse department to ensure accurate orders, inbounds, and outbounds

    • What you will need to have :

  • 2+ years of Customer Service Experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, including empathy
  • 3PL and SAP experience / familiarity, strongly preferred
