Commercial / Business Litigation Attorney – 4–7 Years of Experience

Our well-established law firm in Tulsa is seeking a Commercial / Business Litigation Attorney with 4–7 years of experience to join our growing team. We are looking for an attorney who is confident, motivated, and prepared to appear in the courtroom independently, even though full trial experience is not required. Business law and litigation are core strengths of our firm, and our attorneys work collaboratively to deliver fast, strategic solutions in today’s business environment.

Position Overview : The ideal attorney will handle a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership issues, governance conflicts, and other complex commercial litigation work. Strong writing skills, analytical ability, and professionalism in court are key.

Requirements :

• 4–7 years as a practicing attorney in commercial or business litigation
• Ability to appear in court independently, trial experience not necessary
• Licensed in Oklahoma
• Excellent research, writing, and case-management skills
