Dental Ambulatory Surgery Center – Fairfield, CT

Pay :  $124,800.00 - $187,200.00 per year

About Us

We are launching Connecticut’s first dedicated Dental Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), focused on providing safe, high-quality care for children and adults requiring anesthesia for dental procedures. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager / Director of Operations to lead both the clinical team and daily operations.

Role Overview

This unique dual-role combines clinical leadership with operational management. You will oversee nursing and support staff, ensure compliance with CT Department of Public Health (DPH), CMS, and accreditation standards, and play a hands-on role in both patient care and ASC administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support clinical staff in pre-op, OR, and PACU.
• Lead infection control, quality assurance, and survey readiness.
• Manage day-to-day ASC operations, staffing schedules, and patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with CMS and Connecticut DPH regulations.
• Support budgeting, supply chain, and coordination with the MSO.
