Fitness Club Manager

The ideal candidate is flexible a team player reliable hardworking and an outstanding representative of our full-time or part-time position requires weekday and sometimes weekend availability. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in management customer service community engagement and events sales andwork experience specifically in the health & fitness industry. Preference is also given for candidates who are experienced certified trainers and able to work in a hybrid role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The ClubManager is a passionate individual dedicated to helping members and guests enhance their lives through health and fitness. Key responsibilities include :

• Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
• Conducting tours and welcoming customers
• Engaging in community events andactivities
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
• Managing membership and training sales
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling opening and closing duties
• Managing communications via phone email text and app
• Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring / motivating others
