Sr. Business Data Analyst

Location : Hybrid (Salem, Oregon), remote work contingent on home office equipment and connectivity.

Key responsibilities include :

• Project Management Support - Writing status reports, project presentations, and communication materials.
• HAL Data System Analysis - Interviewing system users, reviewing system documentation, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a roadmap for HAL's future state.
• Business and Technical Requirements - Gathering, documenting, and evaluating system improvements like changes to business rules, ETL code, and Medicaid claim code grouping.
• Testing Support - Creating test cases, performing testing, and analyzing results.
• Training and Documentation - Developing and updating data management processes and training materials.

Required Skills and Competencies :

Data Analysis (7-9 Years) : Expertise in analyzing data, identifying trends, and generating insights from complex datasets.

Data Warehousing (3 Years) : Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture.
