Weekend Warrior RN Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional patient care across multiple units, adapting quickly to each department's protocols and needs.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and respond to emergencies.
• Support patient and family education regarding treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records (EHR).
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members in diverse care settings.
