The position requires exceptional leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional team-building skills, as well as a customer-centric approach and the ability to integrate user and partner feedback into product strategies. The role also demands strong executive communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities, and the candidate should be adept at managing budgets and resource allocation. A key aspect of the role is to define and monitor KPIs for product adoption, partner engagement, customer satisfaction, and overall business impact, using data to drive continuous improvement.
