Associate Creative Director

The Associate Creative Director (ACD) is a strategic, visionary creative leader who plays a critical role in shaping the VITAS Healthcare brand. Working closely with the Senior Director of Creative and senior marketing leadership, the ACD is responsible for concepting and executing bold, compelling creative across all touchpoints - digital, print, video, and experiential, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand positioning, and audience needs. The ACD provides creative leadership to a team of designers, writers, and multimedia specialists, driving innovation, mentoring talent, and fostering a high-performance creative culture rooted in empathy, storytelling, and excellence. Must be able to commute to the Miramar, Florida office 4 days (Monday- Thursday). Work from home on Fridays

Key Responsibilities :

Creative Leadership & Vision

• Lead the development of big ideas and integrated campaigns that resonate with audiences and support organizational goals.
• Serve as a key strategic partner to the various VITAS teams such as Business Development, IT, etc. as well as the marketing team centers of excellence : strategy, content, and digital marketing.
• Oversee concept development, art direction, and execution across print, digital, video, social, and environmental mediums.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

Required :

Preferred :

Healthcare or mission-driven brand experience.

Education :

Master’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, art direction, advertising, or related field required.
