Hourly Pay Range :

$58.00 - $89.90 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Part Time : 20 hours / week
• Hours : Mon-Fri : 8 : 00am -6 : 00pm, Saturday 9 : 00am -3 : 00pm
• Travel Requirement : Float, Elmhurst Outpatient Pharmacy
What you will need :
• Education :

Pharm D. from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy

Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist License

What you will do :

Oversees the preparation and dispensing of medication, medication order verification, and the monitoring of patient medication therapy. Acts as a resource for the provision of medication information for patients, physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals. Identifies, recommends, resolves, and prevents medication related problems through intervention with physicians. Supervises and directs pharmacy support personnel to ensure the timeliness of medication availability. Follows established policies, procedures, protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements in executing job responsibilities.
